I love this book, and I also love her book "Tree Medicine, Tree Magick". Both books are written by a modern Druid, but would be good for any serious herbologist, no matter what their path.

Halloween by Silver Ravenwolf

As much as I dislike most of Silver Ravenwolf's fwuffier books on "Wicca", I do like this book. The fwuffy fun style works for the recipes and simple spells for Samhain that are in here.
